Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Only unopened items will be considered for a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@consumall.co.za. We will contact you and arrange collection with you from your premises. Refunds/credit will only be processed once the item has been inspected and found to be an acceptable return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the incorrect item. 

Non-returnable items
Open/unpacked/used items that have been correctly supplied cannot be returned.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is damaged or opened. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@consumall.co.za.

Warranty and repairs
Items supplied are subject to manufacturer warranty terms and conditions. Please allow the vendor time to inspect and repair your device. This may require a few days.

Defective items are subject to manufacturer's warranty terms and not that of CONSUMALL. All repairs, replacements and time frames are at the discretion of the vendor. Warranty cases are handled by the relevant vendor.  

As far as possible, CONSUMALL will assist with managing the process between customer and the manufacturer. CONSUMALL will assist with transportation and communication with the responsible repair centre. CONSUMALL will provide feedback to the customer.

Please note: Neither CONSUMALL nor vendors supply loan units. Please make an alternative arrangement if necessary. Software problems are not covered under warranty.
